Fabric: Polyester + Elastane Blend. The headband does not have an elastic band, as the fabric itself is already elastic due to its composition. We have two sizes: ADULT with 50cm in diameter, and CHILDREN with 40cm in diameter.

About the artist

Turenko Beça is a visual artist, curator and educator in the city of Manaus. His works range from small rubber stamps to giant metal sculptures. Known for developing a versatile style linked to Amazonian legends and an urban Manaus, Turenko turns his work into true archaeological laboratories, combining graphic techniques, woodcuts and even urban art.

About the work

The print produced by the gallery is inspired by the work 'Amazônia Ancestral', by visual artist Turenko Beça.

The work displays remnants of an ancestral time. Traces, which in the continuous action of a sharp gouge under the rubberized base of the linoleum, highlight in relief: symbols, customs and rites of people who belong to a single Amazon.
